The Grand House-Warming

One Residences has been completed and ready to move-in. Thus, we proposed the idea of throwing a party-like event to welcome the new residents and attract potential buyers. For the press ad, we designed a classy yet celebratory visual where a door is open and welcoming everyone with lots of balloons and confetti. An amusing press ad, indeed!
